- My interest in SD started not too long ago via the concept of “equity”. This concept was discussed at a course I took at the World Bank, in the context of the text “Equity Enhances The Power Of Growth To Reduce Poverty: World Development Report 2006”. Since then, I have become very passionate about SD and I read as much as I can about the subject (from UNESCO documents to Amartya Sen…). I hold an MA in Education and I am a PhD student in Education. My work focuses on Sustainable Development and Distance Education.
